What the checkout price includes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free on every item. Checkout shows the order total and any applicable tax before you place the order. Review your items, quantities, address, and total before submitting payment.

Placing and changing orders

The order acknowledgment confirms we received your request. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfill the order as submitted, we will contact you and refund payment for anything we cancel. We will not replace the item with a different product without your agreement. Email us promptly about a change or cancellation. If the parcel has already shipped, use the return process when it arrives.

Product details and delivery

Check the listing for size, materials, included pieces, and any assembly or stacking guidance. Items must materially match their description. Expected delivery is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation, including processing and transit. The Shipping Policy explains the delivery area and your options if shipment is delayed.

Returns and remedies

Request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days after delivery. We pay all return and exchange costs and issue refunds within 3 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. The Return and Refund Policy explains how to start. This voluntary policy does not take away remedies for goods that are defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by law.
